Haden Mango

✓ Verified
Florida, USA (1910)

Haden was discovered in Coconut Grove, Florida in 1910 by Florence Haden, and it became the parent variety behind an enormous share of Florida's subsequent mango breeding — a huge number of later Florida-developed varieties, including several others in wide cultivation today, trace their lineage directly back to this single early 20th-century seedling.
