Strawberry Verte

Strawberry Verte is a green-skinned fig in the broader Adriatic family, genuinely well regarded by collectors specifically for a strong raspberry/strawberry jam flavor with a dense, very jammy texture, and growers who have compared it directly note additional hints of lemon and red stone fruit. It is frequently compared head-to-head against White Madeira #1 by collectors, since both are green-skinned Adriatic-type figs with similarly intense berry flavor; in direct blind comparisons some tasters have rated Strawberry Verte as slightly more dense and complex, though preferences vary and both are considered excellent by growers who own them. The fruit has green skin that dries to gray-brown, with reddish pulp, and it dries down to good eating or storage quality before falling from the tree, hanging without souring for a meaningful window.
